In order to counterattack the smart phone operating system market, Microsoft will invest at least one billion U.S. dollars to promote the new building "Windows Phone 7" this autumn.
The new OS "Windows Phone 7" had been published in February this year, and challenge of today's three dominant smartphone OS giants : Apple iPhone, iOS, Google's Android, RIM BlackBerry, BlackBerry OS.
Accroding to the report, Taiwan's HTC (HTC), the United States Dell (Dell), South Korea's Samsung (Samsung) and LG (LG) were expected to develop Windows Phone 7 phones.
Especially, Taiwan's HTC (HTC Schubert) will come out on top, and first published in London in September. On the other hand, Microsoft's OS does not like Google's Android to go free line, and Windows Mobile manufacturers need to charge each set of about 15 U.S. dollars premium to Microsoft in the past, so even if the price of Windows Phone 7 cuts down to 10 U.S. dollars each set, this cost may still affect the companies' willingness to cooperate.
